ready2record Refund Policy

Version 1.0.0Effective: 9/21/2026

This Refund Policy applies to cancellations and refunds of paid services across all services provided by Schemalism (the "Company") under the ready2record brand. Where applicable laws, such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Korea) and the Content Industry Promotion Act (Korea), are more favorable to the user than this Policy, those laws prevail.

1. Digital Content — Production Export (Studio Services)

(1) After payment, you may request a full refund before the export of your production (rendering and download provision) has begun.

(2) Once export has begun, the provision of digital content is deemed to have commenced, and withdrawal of the offer (cancellation) due to a simple change of mind is restricted in accordance with applicable laws. The Company gives prior notice of this on the payment screen.

(3) In the following cases, you may receive reprocessing or a refund even after export.

  • The exported result contains technical defects attributable to the Company (omissions, corruption, display errors, etc.)
  • The result provided differs materially from what was displayed or advertised
  • Export could not be completed normally due to a service failure

(4) In the cases under (3) above, the Company first provides reprocessing (re-export), and if the issue is not resolved by reprocessing, provides a full refund.

2. Credits

(1) Of the credits purchased for consideration, unused balances are eligible for refund requests. Credits already used are excluded from refunds, and credits granted free of charge through promotions or bonuses are not refundable.

(2) Refunds of credits purchased via in-app payment (App Store, Google Play) are also subject to the refund procedures and policies of the respective app market operator. When a refund through the store is confirmed, the corresponding amount of credits is deducted; if the credits have already been used and cannot be deducted, the Company may deem this fraudulent use and restrict service use.

3. Subscription Services (Ready2Note Cloud, etc.)

(1) Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, you may continue to use the service until the end of the period already paid for, after which automatic renewal stops.

(2) Payment cancellations and refunds for subscriptions made through app markets follow the subscription management and refund procedures of the respective app market operator (Apple, Google).

(3) If, due to causes attributable to the Company, the service could not be used for a substantial period during the subscription term, the Company will refund the amount corresponding to the unavailable period on a pro-rata basis or extend the usage period.

4. Physical Products (Ready2Shop)

(1) Users may request an exchange or return (withdrawal of offer) within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. If the product differs from what was displayed or advertised, the request may be made within 3 months from the date of receipt, or within 30 days from the date the user became aware of the fact.

(2) Exchanges and returns are restricted in the following cases.

  • The product was lost or damaged due to causes attributable to the user
  • The value of the product has decreased due to signs of wear, washing, tag removal, etc.
  • The value of the product has decreased over time to the extent that resale is difficult

(3) Shipping cost responsibility

  • Exchange or return due to a simple change of mind: round-trip shipping costs borne by the user
  • Defective product or wrong delivery: shipping costs borne by the Company

(4) Orders may be canceled immediately before shipping begins (pending payment / preparing for shipment). After shipping has begun, the return procedure applies.

(5) Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned product has been collected and inspected.

5. Refunds of Payments Made with Coupons or Discounts

(1) When a payment made using a coupon is refunded, the refund is based on the amount actually paid. Used coupons are, in principle, restored for reuse if still within their validity period, but may not be restored depending on the promotion conditions.

(2) Benefits provided free of charge through events or promotions are not subject to refunds.

6. Refund Method and Processing Period

(1) Refunds are, in principle, made to the original payment method. Credit card payments are refunded by canceling the approval, and bank transfers or virtual account payments are refunded by deposit to the designated account.

(2) The Company requests the refund without delay after confirming the grounds for the refund, and normally processes it within 3 business days. Depending on the processing schedules of card issuers, PG providers, and app markets, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to be reflected.

(3) Refunds are made in the same currency as the payment (KRW/JPY/USD). Exchange rate differences and fees applied by the user's card issuer are not included in the refund amount.

7. How to Request a Refund

  • Request via My Page or the purchase history in each service
  • Email inquiry: team@schemalism.com (include the order number and reason)
  • For in-app payments, you may also request a refund through the respective store (App Store "Report a Problem", Google Play order history).

8. Miscellaneous

(1) Matters not specified in this Policy are governed by the Unified Terms of Service and applicable laws.

(2) If a minor makes a payment without the consent of a legal representative, the minor or the legal representative may cancel the payment in accordance with applicable laws.
